Our Mission

Aarti Bhog Pariwar

Annadan, support, and selfless service on the path of dharma, compassion, and humanity.

Annadan is the highest service to God. Our mission is to bring meals, relief, and hope to patients, attendants, and people in hardship — without discrimination, profit, or pity.

May all be happy, may all be free from illness — a long-term pledge to spread love, empathy, and cooperation in society.

Our mission is a sacred movement of service, kindness, and humanity. Guided by “serving people is serving God,” we spread hope through annadan, compassion, and selfless support.

We do more than distribute food — we practise dharma, charity, and devotion. Every meal is prasad; every act of help is compassion made visible.

Daily free meals for attendants at Shahid Gangalal National Heart Centre, cash help for patients in crisis, and community annadan — this is our mission in action.

No donation is used for private or commercial gain. Service, not profit, is our purpose. Transparency, dignity, and selflessness are our foundation.

Annadan is the greatest gift — feeding the hungry is offering to God. Donors and those we serve alike walk the path of merit; that spirit unites our parivar.

We are committed to expanding service in hospitals, communities, and sacred occasions — strengthening “shared bhog, shared parivar” in the years ahead.

Annadan is the highest service to God

Three pillars of our mission

Annadan, serving people, and compassion — three pillars that guide every programme.

01

Annadan

Daily free prasad meals at Shahid Gangalal for patients’ attendants — hot, nutritious food. Annadan is the greatest charity; our first pillar.

02

Serving people is serving God

We see the Divine in everyone we serve. From hospital to community — service as worship, support as devotion.

03

Compassion and dharma

Kindness, support, and charity. Financial help, relief, and sensitive care — hope and courage for lives in crisis.

Core principles

The values that guide every meal, donation, and act of service.

Annadan above all

Feeding the hungry is sacred duty. Every meal is offering; access to food must not depend on income.

Serving people is serving God

The Divine in every guest. No discrimination — all are welcome with dignity.

Selfless and non-profit

Gifts go only to food, relief, and operations — never to private or business gain.

Transparency

Every contribution is sacred trust. We report impact and use of funds openly.

Cultural respect

We honour bhog, prasad, and aarti. In Nepali tradition food is sacred — we carry that into modern service.

Cultural roots

In Nepali tradition, food is sacred — bhog as devotion, annadan as supreme merit.

Inspired by the sacred pledge of Dhanya Purnima, we connect ancient spirit to modern service — from hospital prasad to community annadan. Food is not only sustenance; it is love, compassion, and offering to God.

Prasad and bhog

Hospital meals are prasad. Every plate is offering; service is worship.

Annadan

Giving food is the highest charity. Donor and guest alike are fulfilled.

Festivals and sacred days

Dhanya Purnima, Yomari Purnima, and other occasions — where dharma and community meet in service.

Our goals

Primary direction and long-term commitment for Aarti Bhog Pariwar.

Expand hospital prasad · Keep akshaya sewa uninterrupted · Reach more families · Strengthen our volunteer parivar — four goals that guide our journey.

Expand hospital prasad

Continue daily meals at Shahid Gangalal; bring regular prasad to more hospitals and wards.

Uninterrupted akshaya sewa

Ongoing community food service through festivals, crises, and daily need.

Reach more families

Extend service to more people in hardship — growing both giving and receiving with dignity.

Volunteer parivar

A strong network of volunteers in cooking, delivery, fundraising, and coordination.
